Sunroom Single
The Sunroom Single is our coziest room. It features 2 large windows, 2 chests of drawers, and a closet. This bedroom opens up into a shared living space, which is equipped with TV and DVD player.
The standard rate for the Sunroom Single includes all meals served in the Dining Room, as well as, access to all of the dorm's amenities.

SINGLE PAYMENT - $11,220*
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Sunroom Single, in full, by June 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN II
INSTALLMENTS - $5,735* x 2
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Sunroom Single in 2 installments ($5,735 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th, and the second payment is due by October 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
PLAN III
INSTALLMENTS - $1,460* x 8
With this plan, you will be agreeing to pay for the Sunroom Single in 8 installments ($1,460 per installment). The first payment is due by June 15th, and the subsequent payments are due by the 15th of each of the following months, with the final payment due by January 15th.
*A prepayment of $1000.00 is due with signed contract. Prepayment is non-refundable. Add the $1000 prepayment fee to the payment plan listed above to derive the total contract amount.
